Registration for the Annual Conference and/or all Pre and Post Conference Workshops

For APPE Members with an annual income below $40,000 a year, we have a limited number of need based stipends for registration. These are on a first come, first served basis.
For full time students attending the conference: We have a limited number of stipends to help offset registration costs on a first come, first served basis.
1. Credit Card (online) – After filling out the form, click here to access our registration payment portal.
2. Mail: Print out your registration form and include it with your check. Mail a check drawn from a U.S. financial institution to: APPE, P.O. Box 37, Greencastle, IN 46135. Do not send checks drawn on foreign bank accounts. We can only accept checks drawn on U.S. Bank Accounts.
3. Electronic bank transfer: Please contact the APPE office for banking information and instructions. Foreign bank transfers will have an additional bank processing fee.
December 1: End of Early Bird Registration
February 2: End of On Time Registration

Terms and Conditions
Refunds less a $50 processing fee will be provided only if written cancellation is received in writing to email@example.com by January 8, 2018. Refunds less a $100 fee will be provided only for written cancellations received after January 8, 2018 and before February 12, 2018. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 12, 2018. Meal cancellations will not be refunded after February 12, 2018.
